Why Paws&Beaks exists
Search for a flea treatment on Amazon or eBay and you'll get thirty listings. Half of them are the same product sold by different resellers, wrapped in reviews that might not even be for the item in your basket. Somewhere in that pile is what your pet actually needs. Good luck finding it.
We built Paws&Beaks because buying for a dog, cat, bird or small animal in the UK shouldn't mean wading through a marketplace to find out who you're really buying from. Every product on this site was chosen by us, sold by us, and sent from us — not a listing that's changed hands five times before it reaches your door.
No mystery sellers. No stock mixed in with someone else's warehouse. No guessing whether the review you're reading is for the item you're about to order. What's on the page is what turns up.
We're small on purpose. Small means we can stand behind what we sell, answer a message ourselves, and say no to anything we wouldn't give our own pets. That's harder to do at the scale the big marketplaces run at. We're not trying to.
Every product page lists the materials, size and weight, and delivery takes 14 to 21 working days. We'd rather tell you that up front than have you find out later.
What we care about
Animal welfare
We check that toys and chews suit the pets they're made for, and we say when something needs supervision.
Less waste
Where a natural material works as well as plastic, we pick it. Things that last mean fewer things in the bin.
Honest service
If something's wrong with your order, we'll put it right. Messages get a reply within one working day.
