Add what you want to your basket, open it and go to checkout. Put in your delivery details, then pay by card on the next page.

By card. The payment form is run by our payment provider, so your card details never touch our own servers.

Message us as soon as you can. If we haven't packed it yet, we can usually change or cancel it. We reply within one working day.

Now and then. Enter a code in your basket or at checkout. Subscribe to the newsletter and you'll hear about offers first.

It's free on orders over £50. Under that it's £13.99.

Yes. The email we send when your order ships has a tracking link.

You've got 30 days from delivery to send back anything unopened and unused, for a refund. Our returns page has the steps.

Send us your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you. We reply within one working day.

Not for hygiene reasons, unless it's faulty. If your pet turned their nose up at it, message us and we'll see what we can do.

Each product page lists the size and weight, and any size options show before you add it to your basket. Our guides cover food and equipment too.

If a product says complete, it's meant to be a full daily diet. Treats and toppers aren't. Always follow the feeding guide on the pack.

Yes. Tell us your pet's type, age and size and we'll suggest options. We reply within one working day.
