Delivery and returns
How much delivery costs, how long it takes and how to send something back.
UK delivery
We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom, including Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship overseas.
- Free delivery on orders over £50 (after any discount).
- Standard delivery is £13.99 on orders below that.
- Standard delivery usually takes 14 to 21 working days from dispatch.
- You will receive an email with a tracking link when your order ships.
If nobody is in
Our couriers will follow their normal process, which is usually a card through the door or a safe-place drop. Use the note field at checkout to tell the courier where to leave the parcel.
Returns within 30 days
Changed your mind? You can return unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.
- Contact us through our contact form with your order number and the items you want to return.
- We will reply within one working day with return instructions.
- Pack the items securely and send them back. Please keep your proof of postage.
- We refund you to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods.
For hygiene reasons we cannot take back opened food, treats or grooming items that have been used, unless they are faulty.
Damaged or faulty items
If something arrives damaged or stops working as it should, contact us with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you, including the original delivery cost. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank may take a few days to show them.
